We collect information in three ways: what you give us directly, what your browser shares automatically, and what we gather on behalf of clients running campaigns.

• Directly from you — name, email, phone number and company, when you fill out our contact form, book a call, or subscribe to updates.
• Automatically — IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited and referral source, collected via standard analytics tools.
• On behalf of clients — if you're a customer of one of our clients, we may process your data (e.g. ad interactions, form submissions) strictly as instructed by that client, under their own privacy policy.

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to enquiries and provide the free audits we advertise
• Deliver, measure and improve the services you've hired us for
• Send occasional updates you've opted into — never sold-on marketing lists
• Understand how visitors use our site, so we can make it more useful
• Meet legal, accounting and tax obligations under Indian law

We do not sell your personal information — not to data brokers, not to advertisers, not to anyone. We share data only in these specific circumstances:

• Service providers we rely on to run the business — hosting, email delivery, analytics, ad platforms — bound by their own confidentiality and data protection terms
• Legal requirements — if required by a court order, government request, or to protect our legal rights
• Business transfers — in the unlikely event of a merger or acquisition, with the same protections carried forward

Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies for a few specific purposes:

• Essential cookies — required for the site to function correctly
• Analytics cookies — help us understand aggregate visitor behavior, never tied to your identity beyond what's needed for that analysis
• Advertising cookies — used only when running ad campaigns for clients, and only with appropriate consent mechanisms in place

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data — encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) across the site, access controls limiting who on our team can see what, and regular review of the third-party tools we rely on. No system is 100% immune to risk, but we treat your data with the same care we'd want for our own.

We keep personal data only as long as it's genuinely needed — for the duration of an active client relationship, plus a reasonable window afterward for legal, accounting and tax purposes (typically up to 7 years for financial records, per Indian requirements). Contact form enquiries that don't turn into a client relationship are deleted within 12 months.

Our services are intended for businesses, not children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us and we'll remove it promptly.

We may update this policy as our services or applicable law evolve. For minor clarifications, we'll simply update the "last updated" date above. For material changes — anything that meaningfully affects how your data is handled — we'll make a clear, visible notice on this page.
